When passengers enter our vehicles, our drivers access the riders profile on the vehicle’s tablet and the riders journey commences. At that point, the rider’s travel can be tracked by caregivers from the beginning of the trip to the end. Each rider has a profile that is fully visible to the caregiver and at all times.
Our Smart Route Optimization is designed to ensure travel time and ridership efficiency hence, saving time and cost.

Safety is our #1 priority. We take every precaution to ensure the highest quality of safety and care for our passengers and drivers. To safeguard against pathogens caused by the Coronavirus all of our vehicles are disinfected with EPA recommended antimicrobial sanitizing solutions.
We are closely monitoring and following CDC requirements and recommended procedures. Mask and hand sanitization is required for all passengers as in accordance with CDC protocols.
