Certified Drivers

Our drivers are trained and receive professional development throughout their employment. All employees are required to undergo an extensive background check process. We perform, a National Background Check,  PA Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting (Identogo), PA State Police, Motor Vehicle History Report (MVR), Drug and Alcohol Screening, and TB (Tuberculosis Testing).

We hire drivers that are mindful and caring professionals:

• All drivers receive extensive training in current laws, regulations and behind-the-wheel training as mandated by Federal and State regulations
• All drivers must attend regularly scheduled safety meetings and attend additional training sessions to maintain the skills needed to safely transport students
• Drivers must participate in a pre-employment background check and drug and alcohol testing.  Annual recertification and random screenings are performed thereafter.
• Drivers must have and maintain a clean driving record, both professionally and personally.

Passenger Safety and Security

Safety is our #1 priority. We take every precaution to ensure the highest quality of safety and care for our passengers and drivers. To safeguard against pathogens caused by the Coronavirus all of our vehicles are disinfected with EPA recommended antimicrobial sanitizing solutions.

We are closely monitoring and following CDC requirements and recommended procedures. Mask and hand sanitization is required for all passengers as in accordance with CDC protocols.

Vehicles are deeply cleaned and disinfected after daily usage. Commonly touched surface areas are sanitized between transporting passengers. This includes all non-porous surfaces within the interior of the vehicle such as hard seats, arm rests, door handles, seat belt buckles, light and air controls, doors and windows, and grab handles.

To ensure that cleaning and disinfecting procedures are properly followed, including the provision of adequate ventilation when chemicals are in use, drivers are required to complete a daily cleaning checklist.

Safety and Surveillance

Quality, Safety, and Care are our highest priorities.  We comply with US DOT, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC),  National School Transportation and Pennsylvania School Transportation requirements and regulations.

Each vehicle is fully equipped with an active video surveillance system and live vehicle GPS tracking. Our clients can view and track vehicle location and route information from any Desktop or mobile device.
